About joining the Elastic Team

If approved to join our Community by qualifying through the assessment process, you will automatically be one of the individuals who could be considered for exciting customer-centric projects that we are currently engaged in for our clients.

Once on a project, you will be working closely with teams of engineers, QAs, and designers, producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes, testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.

We're inviting  Technical Leads with +4 years of experience as Leads in web and app development to join our Community. This role is ideal for a seasoned technologist with a passion for both technical innovation and leadership in a project-based environment.

Expectations

1. Project Leadership: Lead project teams, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure successful project execution from initiation to completion.
2. Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance, oversight, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they adhere to best practices and meet project goals.
3. Architectural Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and robust technical solutions tailored to each project's unique requirements.
4. Team Empowerment: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within project teams by mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members.
5. Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality, security, and compliance with project requirements.
6. Problem Solving: Serve as a technical escalation point, assisting in the resolution of complex technical challenges that may arise during project execution.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with project objectives and timelines.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain project-specific technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and smooth project transitions.

Requirements 

1. Proven experience (4+ years) as a technical leader specifically within a project-oriented context.
2. Strong expertise in cloud solutions
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts within the context of project deliverables.
4. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
5. Adept problem solver with a strategic mindset and a strong commitment to quality project outcomes.
6. Demonstrated and proved ability to mentor and lead technical teams within project environments.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
